Nicole has an iridescently expansive background in digital media, corporate communications, and editorial leadership. She launched her career in diplomatic relations at the Department of State in Geneva, where she developed sharp investigative reporting skills while covering the Human Rights Council and international trade developments. This early exposure to high-stakes communication helped shape her ability to distill complex negotiations into compelling narratives. With a curiosity for global politics and a commitment to social impact, she gathered insights from world delegates and spent countless hours at the UN research library.
After the downturn of the U.S. economy, Nicole enriched her expertise with Marketing principles to gain a competitive edge and developed a sophisticated understanding of brand storytelling —the alembic process that blends strategy, technology, narrative, and creativity to produce some of the world’s most impactful messages. As a former Managing Editor at Citigroup, she demonstrated excellence in editorial oversight and content strategy including crafting messaging frameworks that bridge corporate objectives with audience needs, particularly in digital environments. This earned her high-visibility roles for Fortune 500 companies like Citigroup and Comcast and managed clients like Verizon and Nissan.
